Dear friends and family

I've experienced two great years of being Owner/Head Coach of WavEndurance Coaching. With much meditation and prayer, I've decided to close and move on to other ventures. A huge thank you to all of my athletes (couch to 5Kers, 10Kers, marathoners, skiers and triathletes) and my friend and family support. It's been a true pleasure. And thank you to Wayne, Adam and Matthew for their encouragement (and boys sharing their playroom). No worries, outstanding gift certificates will still be honored and I am still here for any running and fitness advice. I am keeping my insurance and certifications current. Cheers! Kristina
